Augustine is a t Business Continuity Consultant with over 10 years of experience in the field. conducting risk assessments, providing technical expertise for Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions, and testing the effectiveness of BCPs and DR plans. With a strong background in the financial sector and experience working with clients in various industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, and telecommunications, Augustine is proficient at identifying critical processes and systems, developing recovery strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. 


 

  • Demonstrated expertise in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) development and implementation for clients in the financial sector, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Conducted Business Impact Analysis (BIAs), identified critical processes and systems, and developed recovery strategies to ensure business resilience.

  • Proficient at Conducting Risk Assessments and developed Risk Management Plans for clients in various industries, such as healthcare, manufacturing, and telecommunications. This involved identifying and assessing potential risks and vulnerabilities, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
