About the Role

You will work closely with our retail clients to identify their business needs and provide customized software solutions to meet those needs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in retail software consulting

  • Strong understanding of retail operations and processes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum

  • Familiarity with retail software systems such as POS, inventory management, and ecommerce platforms

  • Meet with clients to assess their software needs and requirements

  • Develop customized software solutions that meet the needs of each client

  • Work closely with the development team to ensure the software is delivered on time and meets client specifications

  • Provide training and support to clients as needed

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business

Once you have been vetted and assigned to a team, you will be working directly with a partner on specific projects and initiatives.
